£1.37: Deportation, Biberach Aluminium Mug, punch-decorated by William (Byll) Balcombe at Biberach Internment Camp, Germany. The inscription reads ‘Dorsten Sept 1942. Biberach Nov. 1942’. This records the fact that Channel Islanders, once deported, were first taken to the transit camp of Dorsten.
